No worries. With KYUNGLAS Total Care, you can replace it at a lower cost up to 4 times.
Lens Replacement
With regular KYUNGLAS use, lens scratches are inevitable.
With KYUNGLAS Total Care, you can replace lenses at a lower cost up to 8 times—so no more worries.
Simultaneous Replacement Service
To keep your dog’s eyes protected without interruption, your old product is picked up when the new one is delivered.
So you can continue using your current KYUNGLAS until the new one arrives.

Therefore, lenses can only be replaced with the same type and size you currently own.

How many days does product replacement take?
KYUNGLAS replacement service is handled as a simultaneous exchange through a courier, so the new product is delivered when the old product is picked up. This means you can keep using KYUNGLAS even after requesting replacement service.
How long is KYUNGLAS Total Care valid?
KYUNGLAS Total Care is valid for 365 days from enrollment and can be renewed from 30 days before expiration until just before it expires.
Can I still join the previous KYUNGLAS Lens Care instead of KYUNGLAS Total Care?
KYUNGLAS Lens Care has been discontinued, and KYUNGLAS Total Care has been newly launched. Existing KYUNGLAS Lens Care members may renew once, but new enrollment in KYUNGLAS Lens Care is no longer available. Please consider KYUNGLAS Total Care.
Are there any country restrictions for enrollment?
Currently, KYUNGLAS Total Care can only be enrolled in and used in South Korea.
Do I need anything to join KYUNGLAS Total Care?
To join KYUNGLAS Total Care, your purchased product must be registered on PENGINEER Support. If the purchase date is not registered, you must first register the product details using your purchase receipt. Please refer to the enrollment page for details.
When can I join KYUNGLAS Total Care?
You can join within 31 days of purchasing KYUNGLAS.
Is shipping free when using KYUNGLAS replacement service?
Yes, shipping is free when using KYUNGLAS replacement service. Additional air or ferry fees may apply for remote mountain/island areas and Jeju Island.
What is the free parts repair service?
If your KYUNGLAS buckle is broken or the strap is damaged and needs repair, you can receive free repairs up to 4 times during the enrollment period. However, repair may not be possible depending on the product condition. Round-trip shipping fees are charged separately, and additional air or ferry fees may apply for remote mountain/island areas and Jeju Island.
Can I join if I purchased only the frame or lens?
No. KYUNGLAS Total Care is available only for frame-and-lens set products, so you cannot join if you purchased only the frame or lens separately.
How can I join KYUNGLAS Total Care?
In PENGINEER Support, go to "My Support" "View Support Options and History" for the product you want to enroll and select "Join KYUNGLAS Total Care" to enroll.
